Start with everyday tasks
-
Tasks and appointments: organise priorities, dates and reminders in a system that fits how you manage your day.
-
Documents and subscriptions: establish a clear way to organise household records, track subscriptions and find the information you need.
-
Practical AI: use suitable tools for drafting, planning and organising information, with human checking before you act on the output.
Agree the work first
-
Discuss one priority, the tools you already use and the habits or tasks that make the work difficult to manage.
-
Agree a small piece of work, its deliverables and any follow-up before starting. You decide what goes ahead and authorise the necessary access.
-
We set up the agreed arrangement and show you how to use it. Any ongoing help needs its own agreed scope.
Scope and service boundaries
Your decisions and authority
You retain control of your decisions and accounts. Booking a chat does not authorise us to access an account, make a purchase, cancel a service or contact someone on your behalf. We agree those actions and obtain your authority separately.
Checking AI output
AI output needs appropriate human checking before you rely on it. Check drafts, plans and organised information for accuracy, omissions and context. We do not promise error-free output, guaranteed results or unrestricted automation. You make the decisions that follow from it.
Agreed work and follow-up
We agree the work, deliverables and any follow-up before starting. Ongoing personal-assistant work and managed IT support are not included unless separately agreed and within our capability. A small setup task does not create an open-ended support arrangement.
Information and account access
Share only the information needed for the agreed work. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or unnecessary sensitive records by email or phone. Employer information and information about other people require appropriate authority. We agree the access method and handling arrangements before using them.
Advice and consequential decisions
Our role is to help organise administrative information and processes. We do not provide financial, tax, legal or health advice, or make consequential decisions for you. Take questions requiring professional advice to an appropriately qualified adviser.
Start with one thing to organise
Bring one task, document problem or planning priority. We discuss what you need and agree the next step together.
